I highly recommend PJ’s Intuitive Guidance! For the longest time I was struggling with a LOT of stress from all areas of life, and caused a lot of physical strain on my body. I had tried everything you could think of (chiropractor, massage therapy, etc.) and never thought to try Polarity or other holistic ways of healing. Pam did such an incredible job at making me feel comfortable and worked her magic. I felt an immediate (and delayed) difference physically, mentally and emotionally. 10/10 would recommend her!

I saw Pam when I was visiting Ohio and decided to have some polarity therapy done and a sound bath.
It was the most relaxing 60 min I have ever had and she greatly improved my knee pain that had been bothering me for months! Her sessions are well worth it!

I would highly recommend Pam! I got to know her in a class that we were both taking and scheduled a session with her a few days later. I had been suffering with insomnia for several months prior but following our session, I have been able to sleep peacefully since then. What a gift! She helped me clear out some energy that was related to my loss of a loved one and my not wanting to let go. We are all energy and sometimes we carry energy that isn't really ours. It's healthy to draw energetic boundaries as a form of self-care. I will definitely be making future appointments.
