What is Chakra Balancing?
Chakra Balancing
Chakra balancing is a holistic practice that aims to restore the flow of energy through the body's main energy centers, known as chakras. Chakras are the containers that hold the 5 elements which are earth, fire, water, air, and ether. When these centers are not balanced we can show unwanted characteristics. By using various techniques like Reiki, Polarity Therapy, Sound Healing, practitioners address physical, emotional, and spiritual imbalances to promote a sense of harmony and well-being. The goal is to clear blockages in the energy flow for a more balanced and peaceful state.
How it works
Energy centers: Chakras are believed to be energy centers along the spine that influence physical and emotional health.
Imbalance: An imbalance can result from stress or other factors, leading to physical, emotional, or spiritual distress.
Restoring balance: Chakra balancing involves a variety of practices to clear blockages and align these centers.
Polarity Therapy, Reiki, Sound and Vibrational Therapy and Foot Reflexology all balance chakras.
